Soronko Payment, Shipping & Returns.
- All Payments are processed through PayPal where we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- All applicable taxes will be applied to orders within the state of Georgia.
- As a promotional offer, we are offering Free Shipping for All domestic orders over $800.
- All Soronko products are made to order, so unless the merchandise is in stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and for merchandise to be shipped to you. We will notify you via email once order is complete letting you know the time frame for shipment.
- Occasionally if we do have the item(s) is stock, we do ship within 1 business day.
- We use USPS Insured Priority Mail/Priority Mail Int’l to ship which takes 3-5 business days from day of shipment.
- Once the merchandise has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery.
- USPS will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at your local Post Office between 5-7 days for you to pick up.
- Soronko LLC is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package.
- Soronko LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Should you receive your package damaged in transit, please contact your local USPS office for assistance with handling claims as we cannot be held liable once the package is not in our possession..
- Soronko LLC is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses, nor for orders once they are in the hands of USPS.
- If you prefer another form of shipments (UPS/Fed Ex/DHL), please contact email@example.com . Other forms of shipment may require additional shipping fee.
- Soronko will accept returns or incorrectly shipped merchandise within 5 days of receipt for credit or exchange only. No refunds.
- Merchandise credit will be issued upon approval. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information: The Return Merchandise Authorization Number issued must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be in unused original condition. We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Soronko LLC will not issue credit for used merchandise.

- If you chose to return the item, you will receive credit for the cost of the merchandise only. We cannot issue credit for shipping and/or handling charges unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on Soronko part.
- All returns must be received within 2 weeks of authorization.
- We suggest you use a method of shipping your return that can provide you with tracking numbers and proof of delivery. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipment of a return. Lost or damaged items without insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.

Occasionally some items are temporarily out of stock. You will be notified via email if this is the case. All Soronko Cushions/Pillows are custom made/made to order, and takes about 4 weeks for textile to print and for production to complete. If you are on our mailing list we will notify you once we get more items in stock..
Our products (eg. cushions) are all handmade and therefore may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These are not considered flaws, but rather an indication of our product uniqueness . We make every effort to portray the colour of our products accurately, however actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the accuracy of any color displayed on your monitor.
